The Department of Environment and Natural Resources - Environmental Management Bureau (DENR-EMB) REGION 12 office has issued on November 19, 2020 a Certificate of Non-Coverage (CNC) to SK Liguasan Oil and Gas Corp. The CNC would allow our company to conduct the following activities:
1. Seismic Survey
2. Gravity Survey
3. Geo-scientific Survey
4. Geophysical Survey
5. Reconnaisance
6. Exploration
7. Feasibility Studies
8. Piloting
9. Core Drilling/Sampling Research and Development
The CNC permit is only applicable for the first phase of our Oil and Gas Project. On the next phases outlined in our Work Program such as serious drilling, we would be applying the appropriate Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) to DENR-EMB.
